The goal for this team is to initially climb the flex 5 man and solo/duo que ladders. When we reach the top chalenger/high diamond would like to play and win online tourneys. I really want to find the team now idw to go through players i just want team dedicated to push themselvesto be the best. Idw the throws in the game by overstaying or having that one player split at the wrong time. All I want to do is climb early . PPL to play their best champs give us the best chane to win. Follow the calls even if you dont agree the team still needs to be on one accord. We will be using discord for voice comms. I like ppl to be competitive to want to win, I understand tempers may flair but no harassing, belittling, racist, or hateful speech will be tolerated. Everyone on the team needs to be consistent and have carry potential pref ,play 1 champ, your best which doesnt mean you cant play more but youre gonna give your team the best chance to win. Not trying to go throughj a bunch of different players i want to build this team with one common goal and chase that with the ppl on the team. 5 best players for the job will be the 5 players playing when it matters an that can be anybody. Want us to grow and get better as a team form a bond learn from losses move on and get better. We arent gonna win every single game but we will a lot. I have a lot of fun and I'm down to try new things but when its gametime I'm serious and i want people with that competitive nature and to understand the 4 other people in the match are capable players and to trust them.
