Looking to make Friends to play with

Hi, I just wanted to try again here, I've already made a thread like this, but I wana try again. I'm looking for some people I can play with on a regular basis that have a general knowledge of the game to play normals with, and maybe in the future, ranked. I'm not really interested in the season rewards atm, but the point is, I wana win some games, and I can't do that with randoms (Granted the people who will be replying to this or messaging me in game are randoms, but I'd hope for them to not be randoms anymore, given some time.) I'm a mid/top main, but can play adc (although I'd prefer not to) and can also jungle to the smallest extent. My best champions include: And I hope to add these to my pool:

I also would enjoy using a program like Curse voice or Skype (I can also Dl teamspeak if needed) to be able to communicate better or get to know people better.
