Looking for a duo que partner to get out of ELO Hell! Day 1

Hello everyone,

I have recently started playing ranked and was originally placed Silver IV. For whatever reason, I have constantly been matched up with toxic or terrible players. I have held my own on most of my games(won my lane, have positive K/D ratio, get objectives, ward effectively) but having that one bad teammate caused me to drop all the way to Bronze IV.

In order to combat this and avoid dropping all the way to Bronze V, I want to duo que with another player in my situation(stuck in bronze with silver+ skills) so that I can win a higher percentage of games.

Here are my requirements for my partner:

1. Mature(18+)
2. No rage (no matter how bad things get, I want you to stay positive)
3. Not toxic
4. Tenacious (don't give up until the very end of a game)
5. Skilled (nothing excessive, but definitely silver or higher mechanics)
6. Have time to play 3+ games
