LF> High Plat + ADC that is serious to climb to diamond, with voice com (discord)

I am looking for an high plat adc that is able to play laning well and with a good attitude to win. I am just trying to get to diamond. Being effective with communication and not tilting when things dont go well for the team. Play meta adc if possible (lucian, cait, twitch, varus, draven, jinx)
