Let's start off on the right foot. No pay. Straight up. It's important to me that I find someone who is dedicated to help a team win without the promises of pay. Now that I'm speaking to those of whom stayed, we need a dedicated and serious coach, who will be focused on the em-betterment of the team.

A little to know regarding the team. We compete in the Platinum division of CompeteLeague; 3 members are veterans of CL as they have competed in Premier. The team is apart of a multi-team organization named Optimal eSports. I could have easily obtained a coach through them, but it is important to me that this team gets only the best option in terms of a head coach.

Expectations & Attributes Expected

Look, I don't expect anyone who applies for this position to be a ponyboy masters one trick. I only expect:

• Above par Game Knowledge
• Consistent and Open Schedule
• Dedicated
• Have Strong Resolve but isn't afraid to shut someone down if they talk up to you

We the players of this team will be putting you as the Head Coach in a position above ourselves. The Team Manager will delegate the administrative side of the Team and you will Coach said Team. We will provide respect and muster our full potential so that you can take us as far as you can.

We set a high precedence for this position, but we also are in understanding that YOU will have expectations for us as the team. We will strive to work with you as much as you work with us. Perhaps you are trying to build a resume, just got free time, and / or simply wishing to begin the path as a coach. Regardless of where you're coming from, you have our word as a team that we will always push ourselves and give you respect.
