Looking to Start a Stable and Serious 5's Team (Top, Jungle, Mid and Support Open)

Hey everyone I am looking to create form a 5's team with the goals of getting better individually and as a team. The current idea is to get a 5 Man roster that is committed then look to join an organization/league and start competing asap. I am currently looking for gold elo players, but willing to talk about exceptions on a case to case basis. Currently it is looking like practice times will be around 7 pst but this is open to change once the roster is finalized.
