Looking for members for ranked team
To Start off, What kind of players am I looking for?
Rank: Silver or Gold. If you are Plat+ and interested, I believe that you are like a college basketball player in high school. You can join our team, but we will expect differently from you. You will be a coach in a way. I hope we get someone who can "coach" us, but I understand that's like a full time job. :)
You don't have to be awesome at the game, but I think a basic requirement is silver. I'm silver so I cannot expect more. I also believe that people in silver and gold learn the most to get higher ranks. It's like if you improve from a 50 to an 90 on a test. Once you get to 90, you're at gold 1 and you need to surpass it. It's much harder to learn more and do better from there on because the best you can do is 100. There's room to improve, sure, but I hope you get what I am saying. I want teammates who are leaders who love influencing and motivating others and helping (guiding) others to learn and get better at LOL. If you're not silver, I believe that you are doing some major things wrong in the game and more importantly attitude-wise. But, you too can get to silver and join my team! If you're higher than gold, I am looking for someone to really offer knowledge to all of us. If you're above gold and you want to join a really good team, this is not for you.
Why I want to start a team or find a duo? It can get boring to be honest, so have fun (this is the most important), but that does not mean wasting time and just playing for the heck of it. My definition of fun is to have a good time by getting something accomplished TOGETHER. That's why I'm looking for serious players.
What kind of person am I (cause I'm going to be the team captain for the start of this team at least)? I'm chill, and most people who are interested enough to be on a ranked is chill so I'm easy to work with. However, like I said before I'm serious and I have a busy schedule with work and my family, so I don't like to waste time. I truly believe a leader is one who makes it so others feel like they are improving cause of themselves. In other words, a leader is a motivator as much as a teacher. Now, I want everyone on my team to be a leader.
What can you expect from me as captain? As captain, I will start the team off with a setup and a structure. This will include the usual organization of roles, but it will also include making replays, analyzing, how to get us better, studying team composition, having us focus on improving one skill at a time, one champion at a time, one fight at a time, and one game at a time. Over time, I will expect everyone to take part in this!
