ranked 5's serious elo team FILL OUT APPLICATION

starting a serious ranked team looking for all lanes I main jungle,adc,supp. I'm looking for serious people only we will be putting about 30+ hours a week into the team, will be doing tournaments and will be eventually looking to stream are team and get sponsored. I am only Silver 5 ATM but my game knowledge is very wide and champ pool. we will be aiming for plat+ on ranked 5's try outs will be all weekend and next week, want to make sure we have a solid group. MUST be 18+, have a mic, have CV.
