Looking for a Top, Mid, and Support

Hybrid 5 is a team that myself and our ADC created after leaving a different 5's team. We are looking for Silver 5+ players that are able to play/practice often and possibly be available at a short notice. We want to take this team to the top (that may seem like a big goal but nothing was ever accomplished by dreaming small). We practice together, we play together, we lose together, and we win together.

Your Strengths/Weaknesses: I have played competitive in another game so I know how practice is and I am not afraid to give someone advice. I am a hard worker and I have a lot of time to play. Weaknesses ummm I guess if the team has bad management then I tend to stop caring. I want a team and a team captain that is actually dedicated and not dedicated for the first day only.
