Vital Point Esports LF Coach

Hello, I am Point Number 1, Vital Point is new organization looking for a dedicated coach. We are looking to have a dedicated person who knows what it takes to grow and develop players individually and on a team. You will be responsible for several things including:

Head Coach of Vital Point Helping develop other coaches and interview them Help the community as a whole and be able to answer general questions they have

I will need somebody who will be yourself and anything you make or do will be encouraged, and intellectually will not be taken from you. I do not have the means to pay, but we can negotiate partnership and the things you expect to get out of our organization.
