1st team is plat elo 2nd team is silver elo would like them for both teams both teams est and practice 3 times a week would like for u guys to watch and review our games must be atleast plat+ and have good game knowlegde add 289902 or stardust doragon if interested
being good witch google docs/Microsoft excel is a huge plus

I am a bronze player but have the issue of poor mechanics (translation of knowledge into gameplay for myself), and have been "blessed" to cap at b1 promos to silver twice when I try to climb. I have also been a successful development coach, mentality coach, pick ban coach, and macro coach of not only developing teams like Rozenoir Esports, but I have also coached the, now disbanded, NACS hopeful team Underdog Esports. I have a pedigree with Maryville University who went 40-0 in their inaugural CSL season and have worked with other Challenger teams (none NACS, I have capped at Quarterfinals as a coach). I have also had offers from Lyon Gaming in LAS, as well as a LAN challenger squad. So do not say that you must be x rank. If you say that then your players are not serious about growth, they want their own ego's inflated.
