[LFM] New Ranked Team Looking For Teammates

Hi,

I just made a new ranked team since my other team fell apart due to various reasons. Mostly them getting new jobs or not having the time to play anymore.

I am looking for players who want to learn and improve as a team. Raging won't be allowed and ragers will be kicked from the team.

Practices will be Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays 6pm - 9pm EST, once we get the team together we can discuss changing practice times.

Anything else you would like to add: I have been looking for teams. They always end because people don't show up or people start raging on team mates. I want a serious team that treats each other well and focuses on competing/improving. Constructive criticism is good, but there is a line.
