any team looking for a shot calling and coach?

Could you give us your experience as a coach? I just want to also clarify with the shot calling, are you trying to be in the team to play?

The teaching of how to properly shot call in a game. The experience comes from many years playing dota since 2003 to 2009 where i join up in league of legends. I started playing close to 4 hours a day but found myself slowing increasing to 12 to 14 hours a day. Here is a list and a training schedule I would put players on

1. picks and bans - Who what when where and how to get the most out of picks and bans in the current meta even if you don't know the champs
2. Learning those in meta champs to overcome the losses played by un-meta champs and the websites that will teach you the most.
3. Pick and bans will form you a team but like before we have to learn the who what when where and how that team can be played early game, mid game, and late game ---3.1 will introduce shot caller here but not really teach it ---3.2 Will introduce kits and items here but won't teach it more to come have a game will edit shortly
