Looking for a duo partner that mains top(Silver 2)

I one trick twitch in the jg. let the winrate speak for itself. I'm looking for a top lane main that plays tanky/ bruiser champ that will be able to go in when i need them to.

Not interested in playing with someone that doesnt know how to manage/ freeze minion waves nor do i want to play with someone whom gets ganked a lot or caught out a lot.

It's essential that you know how to manage minion waves due to twitch's poor early game. If i dont get a good early game i play for late game. If the game lasts long enough i can delete any squishy from the game. I would have to get to roughly 30-35min to get the item i need to delete.
