SILVER 2+ This tryout will take place Wednesday 24th I accept any and all ranks. 18+ preferred but apply and if I like what I see I won't automatically reject you.

Just so you won't waste any time reading further I will post the absolute basics of what you must have to join this team:

Dedication. This will mean showing up to scheduled practices and trying your best each and every game. This team is meant to grow TOGETHER and improve TOGETHER so if you aren't there you won't be part of the team.

Two strike policy: if you don't show up to practice - 1 strike if you don't feel it's necessary to show up - 1 strike If you're toxic - 1 strike Sometimes life can be tough so let me know if you can't show up to practice and why. Keep in mind if it's and emergency I have a heart too <3. If you acquire 2 strikes then your off the team.

Desire to improve. I don't give a damn if you are the best player we tried out for the role. You WILL NOT get a spot on the team if you do not want to improve at the game. I will go into depth later on in the post.

Friendly attitude. I have been on many a team where all people do is bash others for their picks and rage. This is not acceptable at all. I understand you may get frustrated but the moment you start getting too angry is the moment I start looking for a replacement, which as stated above isn't really something I want to do. I will not tolerate anyone saying hurtful things to other players or just straight up bashing them for poor play. If you see something happen by all means please bring it up after the game has ended but be constructive about it.

Take and give criticism. As stated above, please be able to give criticism. But be kind about it. The way I deal with things is one person talks about what they saw and the other person responds to it. There is no yelling or fighting.

Background: My IGN is Pres and i've been playing league of legends since season 2. I achieved Gold in season 3,4 and i'm currently Platinum V hoping to achieve diamond. I'm the manager/coach of this team I'm a nice guy :) so i'm sure we'll get along just fine.

-Why do you want to join this team?: I am looking for a serious team and havn't had any luck so far. Hopefully this team is serious.

-Why should I pick you?: I am dedicated. I always try to improve both my game and my teammates games. I don't rage, ever.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: Yes

-What are your strengths as a player?: I can play any champion and be effective with them. I am a smart player. I understand the little concept of the game that can win or lose games.

-What are your weaknesses?: Historically I have been weak at farming on certain champions but I have found ways to still be effective. Also, sometimes I tend to be extremely aggressive which doesn't always work out well.

-Tell me a little about yourself: I have been playing league since the finals of S2 worlds. I have gotten plat every season since I started. I spend a good amount of time watching streams and matches from all regions with the goal to improve myself and keep up to date with the current meta.

-Why do you want to join this team?: I want a real team to actually play on with dedicated members and a chance at a learning experience

-Why should I pick you?: I am a lot of fun and a very dedicated league player that spends a lot of time into the game and is very eager to learn more and improve

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: The only problem i might have with any of the given standards is giving criticism, although i take it very well i have never been the best to give it, but i am honest!

-What are your strengths as a player?: I have a large champion pool on both jungle and top lane and im very flexible for comps, usually if i do well in a game i continue to do well(Going too HAM has never been a problem for me)

-What are your weaknesses?: Sometimes I dont go HAM enough, sometimes I engage in fights a little too early

Hi I'm 27 and I play all roles however since im not a challenger there is room for improvement. I'm currently Gold4 (been going up and down in gold division) my prefered roles in order would be Jungle-Mid-Top-Support-Adc keep in mind that i own all champs and i dont mind playing any champs to accomodate the composition or team requirements the position you set me to play is the position ill seek to improve the most on. I'm on eastern time zone i do have curse voice-teamspeak however i can't run Skype for unknown reasons.. my IGN is Fluffy the Cat but its about to change to something else i don't know what as of now. The two strike policy i think its a great thing since it should enforce positive behavior and mutual respect in the team. Have you concidered making a facebook private group for the team once you have decided on the final roster(just to have a basic platform on which we can post schedules of games/practices and anything else that would be related) Biggest weakness as a player id say is i dont look often enough at the minimap and strenght would be my versatility(being able to play any champs anywhere). Why i would like to join the team and why you should pick me?? -Why should I pick you?: I am mature and dedicated. I take 5's play seriously and have a strong desire to improve. I'm all for having fun and cracking jokes but when we're playing during scheduled times I understand that there comes a time to buckle down and behave appropriately.

-What are your strengths as a player?: I posess a strong knowledge of the game. I understand how to push advantages and rotate effectively in order to control objectives. I know how to play from behind and how to maintain a lead. Additionally, I'm very communicative. I work to maintain summoner spell timers as well as to communicate to my team the enemy's location.

-Why do you want to join this team?: I am rly interested in joining a ranked team because I love the coordination and style of ranked 5s and how you can get to know ur teammates and became friends too. I have always enjoyed ranked 5s because I play better with people I like and I like to improve as a team and learn about the game more and about each other.

-Why should I pick you?: I am super dedicated. I have been playing league since s3, and I have absolutely loved it, and I always am looking to improve. I experiment with champs and am always making my self improve by watching high level play, and always critiquing my self about every possible play.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: Hell yah! I would expect nothing less from my teammates and I am actually happy that u guys made those rules because that's what I always look for in teammates.

-What are your strengths as a player?: I am super funny, supporting, and vocal. I am always self critiquing, and ill probably saw what I did wrong before you will because I naturally always see what I could do better. I am very skilled mechanically, and I am a smart shot caller. I am always helping my teammates and I always liked ranked 5s more than solo queue because its more team oriented which is what I just always enjoyed.

-What are your weaknesses?: I am a hyper aggressive laner, so sometimes if I am getting very into the lane, I might overextend even if I ward. My mechanics carry me through when that happens, but I still need to learn to be more aware of my map because I am always looking at all the lanes, that I don't see my own lane sometimes. I have always loved mid, and it is my best. I also must work on pink wards.

-Tell me a little about yourself: My name is paul. I have been playing since s3, I used to play WoW before league. I played wow since I was 7, but I fell in love with league when I played it. I have a lot of friends who play league, but they were never as serious as I was about it, and they never wanted to improve and push rating. -Hours available plus time zone: I am in PST and it is Summer currently, I will be moving hopefully in a few weeks but where I am and will be going will have internet and not interfere with practices.

-Why do you want to join this team?: I have been looking for a team for a while now and the ones I have been apart of we're not that supportive of me being on the team and I really got tired of the players dropping Nigger every two seconds ha. I want to improve as a player and have a team that is willing to do the same regardless of the outcome of games.

-Why should I pick you?: I am a big team player and will adapt to the needs of the team. I excel in the Jungle as it is where I feel most at home. Communication is vital and I am always firing off shots and or ganks, but not talking so much it is distracting. In the end I do what I am told if I am not the shot caller and have the ability to lead if it comes to that.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: I will be able to play with the Standards given.

-What are your strengths as a player?: My Strengths are mentioned above in the Why should I pick you section. Most of my strengths come from knowledge of the Jungle since I have been maining it for about 4 years now.

-What are your weaknesses?: I over-commit and get greedy, it has always plagued me and I am working on changing that and will continue to do so until that is perfected. That is my main weakness and one I will be focusing on, others tend to be getting frustrated with teammates if they do not listen and do their own thing, when that happens I tend to snap and or split push until I calm down (not entirely conducive to the overall quality of the game sadly).

-Why should I pick you?: I'm always working with my best friend (d4), he keeps me improving. I really want to improve and i go back through my games that i record on opgg

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: Yes -What are your strengths as a player?: Strong player, I have decent mechanics, I can abuse my lead. I (sort of) know when my team can win a fight and when we cant

-What are your weaknesses?: I struggle in lane and get zoned out in lane pretty easily, some map awareness issues and i can never exactly tell where to ward.

-Why do you want to join this team?: I'm trying to become a more team oriented player. Playing solo Q all the time has shown me this game is hard to achieve higher ranks if youre not team oriented. So being on this team will help the team as a whole and as well help me become a better solo q player.

-Why should I pick you?: I will play for team and never for myself. If the team needs a mid laner who fits with the team better i will pick the champ even though i may not like playing that certain champion. I wont rage at teammates for not being up to par in an off game. I have a great understanding of my champion in matchups and know how to play to help the team as a whole.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: Yes

-What are your strengths as a player?: I have good understanding of my role. I believe i have a deep champion pool that can help our team in any comp we choose to play

-What are your weaknesses?: My teamfighting. I know this a big aspect of becoming a good team together but honestly my teamfighting may not be the strongest part of my play but i dont know how to teamfight good its just the execution that doesnt work out to well. Of course this may come from playing solo q and not having good communication to fight

-Why do you want to join this team?: I'm very interested in playing League a bit more competitively, with an active team that plays consistently. I play every day, sometimes with friends, and want a bit more seriousness.

-Why should I pick you?: I think when you're recruiting players for a team, you want someone who plays that role consistently and is devoted to it. I only play support, I know the role and its requirements like the back of my hand and only want to get even better.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?: Absolutely

-What are your strengths as a player?: Any and all of the requirements and nuances that pertain to supporting (peeling, warding, positioning, kiting, etc). I'm also a very solid laner and teamfighter.

-What are your weaknesses?: I suppose my mechanics could use some tweaks, but if you can forgive a missed skillshot here and there, then there's no problem.

-Why do you want to join this team?:I want a team that is serious about practice and getting better in the game. I like organization, Id much rather lose as a team then lose as an individual so It is very easy for me to follow shot calling.

-Why should I pick you?:I am willing to do anything it takes to meet expectations and to dedicate most of my time to the team.

-Do you think you will be able to play to the standards given?:Absolutely I am very flexible with my support picks as well.

-What are your strengths as a player?:A calm and patient mindset, with aptitude to excel in the game. I am not toxic whatsoever. I can take criticism and am willing to put a lot of solo que time in as well. I am open to new ideas or playstyles. Also I am very supportive socially, just like the role I play. XD

-What are your weaknesses?: I can be put on tilt easy from someones raging and start tunnel visioning. Also if I don't see everyone else putting in a good effort to better themselves and there teams, I will easily get discouraged.

-Have you read the two strike policy? what is it: 2 strikes your out, just like the title says. If you don't show up, or are toxic you get a strike. Basically if you aren't a good teammate then you get kicked after the second problem that arises.

-Tell me a little about yourself: I am currently stay at home, with my mother and sister. My sister has down syndrome and my mother is deathly ill. So I take care of them on a daily basis, however that wont get in the way of the times I am needed for practice or meetings. My step father is a truck driver so he isn't home much to help with them. Currently the only schooling I am doing is learning Japanese, which is scheduled on times I am free, so that wont get in the way either. I was Diamond V last season. Could have climed higher. But mmr was messed up because of the intro of master tier. I enjoy playing on teams and making more friends. I can be a big asset to a team.
