Who we are:

UpSurge eSports is a growing multi gaming organization that is seeking to expand our current League of Legends program. Upsurge is a rather new company being that it was founded in December 2016. Since Upsurge's launch they have been able to create and work with over 15+ League of Legends teams ranging from all elos. Our mission is to bring competitive gamers together and create a safe environment for all players but still get the thrill of competing on a big stage.

How to apply for a team:

Solo Players

1. Join our discord @ https://discord.gg/kqbS2pj
2. Go to the Player_Recruitment chat and type your ign, rank, and role.
3. A captain or staff member will shortly contact you about playing on a possible team.
4. If you do not get a response to your application within 4 days of posting then contact a staff member and they would be happy to help.

Premade Teams

2. Contact either the Owner or Director of Operations.
3. You will receive further instruction from there.

Our values as an organization

As an organization Upsurge strives on being the best farm system for up coming talent in all of the esport scene. The organization is rather serious but we do also support having fun because at the end of the day it is a video game and meant to be fun. At Upsurge they do not tolerate players that are intently effecting someone else's happiness inside of the organization in a negative manor. Upsurge consists of diverse teams and individuals that compete at all different levels but have all the same goal of becoming better players. Here Upsurge strives on fostering a culture of trust and loyalty between player, team, community, and organization. Upsurge is comprised of individuals that are passionate about gaming and hard working.
