Calling All Teammates. LF TOP, MID, & JUNGLE

Pretty much what title says. I'm a D5 support looking to make a team. I've been on two teams prior, both having pretty decent success. However, I ended up leaving one because of how the team dynamic worked and the other because I felt like I had to do everything to get the team to work together. I'm looking for people who love league, want to play to not only climb, but to have fun as well. I have already found my adc and I'm hoping to fill out the rest of the roles soon! Please list your champion pool, role, age, and something interesting about you that's league related.
