About ELG Competitive and dedicated, Escalate Legion Gaming is a semi-professional E-Sports Team focused on League of Legends. Founded on July 2014, ELG short for Escalate Legion Gaming, plans to make a splash in the competitive scene with a roster filled to the brim with strong players accompanied with serious coaches and management staff. ELG's current goal is to reach Challenger Tier. Other than standard ranked 5's, ELG is active in tournaments and scrimmaging. Sponsors -GamersBeard -NoScope -Private Investors Goals of the team -Challenger Series -Tournaments -Acquire sponsors -Maintain player happiness -Advance on the ladder We will have: Salary/Tournament Winnings/Gaming House -The team will start off with a base salary perplayer once the team is in challenger -Salary will be increased with the rank of the team. -Further raises in salary will happen if the team continues to make progress -Each player will get a percentage of the tournament winnings along will all monitory prizes -We have a two contracted gaming house located in Santa Monica and Austin, Texas (More information will be shared once we talk over TS)
What is ELG is looking for?
Dedication- We are looking for players that will be dedicated to the team and show up on time. No one like to waste time and when we have set a set schedule we expect our players to show up on time.
Communication- This is essential to ranked 5s, we expect each one of our players to contribute to the communication of the team in-game and outside.
Tournaments- As a team this is one of the biggest ways to make money and we take them very seriously. We expect you to come mentally and physically prepared to the games. This means you are warmed up and ready to go.
Evaluation- Here at ELG we take our support staff very seriously and everything that they say should be taken into consideration. It is nothing personal, it is only to improve you as a player.
