Making a dedicated competitive team

Hello, My name is Kyle. I am 24 years old and I aspire to play professional league of legends. I am a support main with experience since season 1. I started playing seriously the past few seasons and I am now at a point where I am ready to try and take it to the next level by forming a serious 5v5 team. A bit about myself. My top rank is plat 2. My 5v5 experience is not overly extensive but I have played in many A and B bracket online tournaments pairing me with 4 other random players, using team speak. I have also played with many friends on 5v5 teams casually. My champion pool is very deep, I practice with as many different supports I can when playing ranked keeping a rotation to ensure quality mechanics and to fit team compositions. I do have a few preferred champions. I am fully prepared to put as many hours as needed to work my way to the top, but I am hoping to spend that time more productively, by playing with 4 other like minded individuals with the same goal. If you are not willing to practice at least 5 days a week, please do not respond to this post. If you are not willing to learn off each other, take criticism and work none stop to improving yourself as a player, please do not respond to this post. I am looking for players with a drive to play league seriously with a goal of playing professionally. A time commitment and ability to improve are absolutely necessary to achieve this. The screening process will be done by myself and I expect it will take some time to form a full team, but I want to start looking now while I continue to improve my solo mechanics and game knowledge. Edit 2 : I have drafted a few players so far. I am still looking for more applicants, I will replace any players that do not show commitment to the team, or the drive to become the best. If you haven't been contacted yet it may be because I have drafted someone for your role already, but that does not mean I will not contact you in the future.

Edit 3 : currently need a jungler and a mid, I will also bring a few extra players on to fill the team and make sure we can play every day.
