Looking for Flex Team to Practice and Climb with! (Silver)

Hey there! I'm looking for players to fill Mid/Support/Top/Jungle for a flex queue team that will focus on improving all of our play. I am a long-time Silver Player. I've been playing since Season 2 and have never seriously tried to increase my rank but would like to this season. I spent some time playing with and watching a high platinum team of friends, and learned a lot from their play. I am eager to play with a team after watching their synergy and appreciating how much fun playing on a unified team can be. I'm hoping that in getting a laid back team together I can improve my team play and have a good time while I'm at it. Anyone is eligible as long as they aren't toxic and want to learn to work well and have fun with a team. Hoping to be able to play as a team once a week for sure.
