Looking for a coach who is plat 5+ to teach me tips for the jungle

I'm a Silver 3 jungle/top/support main who needs some help. i seem to do well late game and i have pretty good map awareness but all the time if i am counter jungled or a gank is failed early game i find it really hard to come back and it knocks me off of my game.
