Hello Im LaMarcusAldridge Manager of Influxe Gaming Currently Looking for ADC,Mid,Support And Jungle, Im Looking For people who are actually willing to take this seriously, This will be a Tournament team, So Lets Get this on the Road, Tryouts Start in 1 Hour

-----Basic Information about the team-----

Looking to play during the afternoon / evening. As early as 5pm as late as 1am finishing PST. We will talk about dates on which we will practice as we get a set 5 together. I expect people to be mature people. Therefore you must be at least 17 years of age to apply to the team. In addition, by applying for this team you should demonstrate complete dedication and loyalty to this team. This team has goals of competing in tournaments and also committing time to being the best it can be as a unit , while also growing individually. When starting this team I would ask that players( those applying ) to have flexible schedules. Due to the fact, we all have lives outside of Summoner's Rift I would ask everyone to be open with their schedules until we work out set practices times that work with all of the players once the roster is confirmed. There will be practices at least 3 or 4 days out of the week. With that being said, a level of serious and professionalism will come with joining this team. However with the proper performance from the team this could turn into a huge opportunity for all of the players and staff. I the team captain would like to start the application/ tryout process as soon as possible.

-----Requirements for people applying for Player positions on the team-----

  1. Must be 17 years of age or older
  2. Must be willing to download any chat program the team decides to use (Skype, TS, Curse, or Raidcall)
  3. Must attend at least 3/4 practices during the week
  4. Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
  5. Must be able to vocalize any issues you are having with game play
  6. Must play a decent amount of solo/duo queue during off days
  7. Must effectively aim to broaden champ pool based on team comp needs.
  8. Must be able to both give and take criticism in a constructive manner
  9. Must be able to work with coaching staff to effectively improve game play
  10. Should be capable of shot calling (will strengthen chances of making team) (Interview will be conducting before any final decisions are made )

-----Things that will not be tolerated-----

-Bullying -Raging during practices -Blaming a whole game on one person's mistake -Making Team mates feel uncomfortable -Racism -BM towards any enemy team

  • Hateful messages -Missing excessive practices (without legitimate reasons) -Missing tournaments (without legitimate reasons) -Arguing with Coaching staff ( Constructive discussions are completely different)
  • Arguing with shot callers decisions in the middle of games (Breaking these rules can result in immediate removal from the team)

What do you expect from your team mates: Nothing pretty much as long as we exchange reasonable Criticism, and obviously talk about what we did right and wrong every game, and of course admit what we all did wrong. Why are you looking for a team: Obviously it may sound greedy but Trevor and I are sick and tired of losing and not progressing (who isn't), he's been Platinum 3 since the season started basically (he placed Platinum 5 since season started), and I was placed Silver 1 and ranked up to Platinum 5 and since then have basically a 1-1 record (continuously winning and losing games).
