Looking for a reliable duo

Looking for a duo who can reliably help me with late game. I know you will look and be like well your overall winrate is kind of low, yes I know. I attempted to learn adc at the beginning of this season. Bad things happened. I'm going straight back to my Leblanc (was plat 4 on this account last season).

As you can see my Leblanc games are pretty legit, I am ranked 75 overall in North America for Leblanc. I would like a reliable duo partner that can help me carry late.

After analyzing my gameplay I have issues with transferring from early/mid game to late game. I really just want to get better and at least hit diamond.

Who would I like? I don't like people who rage. I would like someone calm. Someone who can give me positive feedback and I can return the favor. Someone who is really looking to improve. Someone who knows WHEN we end up losing that it is essentially our fault for not carrying. If you have internet issues, I'd rather not play.

I really don't care what elo you are, I know a lot of decent players stuck at an elo, we can work together. Only if your goal is to improve though.

I am starting this new thing, I only play 2 games a day on weekdays; win or lose. Weekends I'm down for some more but due to work i just want to stick to two.

I play at 4:30ish pm eastern time.
