Help me get out of this hell!!! D:

I assume its is obvious to most if not all of you that I am referring to the one and only ELO hell. I made some pretty stupid decisions during my promos in and out of game and have ended up in bronze T_T Now I am not saying that I deserved to be in Diamond or challenger tier but I would like to at least make it into silver before the end of S5. Now if you are a good enough player that thinks he can help me move higher or whatever I would really appreciate your help and would not mind learning more about the game to help me get better. So if you're interested in helping our a fellow summoner then please add me on league and let's get started :D
