Creating serious team

Before you comment or apply make sure you understand the team I'm trying to make

This team is goin to be as serious. Theres gonna b scheduled practice that is gonna need to b met every week. This team is gonna be non- toxic but u better b ready for judgement and tips

Team practice will start at 8est and end around 12est on every thursdays and Fridays and we will play ranked on Saturdays

I plan on having this team in competitive tournaments one day. So make sure u also have the same goal in mind.

I prefer if yall are 15-20 years old.

Roles needed are everything but adc.

Ps: if yall have cs:go so we can have monday to have fun thatd be cool And shot caller will b named after team is made and every one has to follow the shot caller or you will be kicked. In situations when the shot caller is wrong yall can talk to me about it( after match)
