Mid laner looking for Flex Team to join!

Hello,

Current solo queue - Silver 3, placed gold all prior seasons (I'm still climbing!). As the title says, I'm looking to join a flex team. Currently bronze 1 flex and would like to join a team that's committed to climbing and getting to gold+. Would prefer a group that uses voice coms / discord and usually plays later hours of the night (8pm-12 am PST).
