Gold+ Ranked 5s Team LFM

I'm looking to start up a ranked team for the new season. This team will be semi-serious. Practice times will be scheduled and we will eventually do competitions. I'm looking for mature players who want to improve individually and as a team. You have to have skype and/or curse voice. You have to be able to adapt to League's ever changing meta. This requires a decent champion pool.
