Hello I am looking for a team/coach

Hello I am looking for a team, anything in general. I main ADC (Caitlyn) and that is pretty much. Alongside with Quinn. I am pretty horrible with games and hoping that someone can coach me in improving in-game.

I've been playing League of Legends since Season 3 when MMR was still a thing, however I wasn't level 30 back then, therefore didn't go much experience, until when it got reworked and introduced tiers and etc... My highest achievement was Silver I at Ocenia server, which I dropped to Silver II by the end of Season 4.

NA Server Season 3: Bronze Season 4: Silver Season 5: Silver Season 6: Bronze

Honestly, I need a bit more training. And I wish I have somebody who has the patience to coach me and help out to improve my game experience. My goal for Season 6 is actually Silver. However I want to push my limits for Season 7 and hoping to Achieve for a Gold/Platinum tier.
