Hey guys! I am YellowChocoPugna and I am starting a community to provide free coaching for players. Some quick things about me. I used to coach on and off on lol-coaching.com but have completely left the platform. I am currently the coach/analyst for my College CSL/uLoL Main Team (we are D2-3 Team currently doing well in scrims). This season I hit peak rank of Platinum 1. Sadly, went on losing streak and dropped to Platinum 3. I was a Mid/Support main this season. Enough about me, let’s talk about the coaching community.
It’s called Rising Summoners and it will be taking players of rank Bronze to Platinum. The main goal of this community is to give you the knowledge, information, and motivation to become a better player, if that be climbing tiers, gaining macro knowledge, or improving communication. A weekly schedule hasn’t been constructed yet but it is definitely on the way. The community will be holding:
- 1 on 1 Coaching
- Team Scrimmages
- VOD Reviews of Scrims
- Champion Discussion
- League Concept Education (e.g. Win Condition, Team Comps, Champ Pools, etc)
Those are all the coaching tools we have currently planned for the players. With the help of both the players and coaches we should be able to create even more ways to improve every player. I only ask you that you be patient as this is still in its preliminary stages. Everything should be worked at or worked towards by Monday November 21, 2016.
This weekend we will be holding practice scrims to decide who will be placed in which team. Teams will be all balanced around the average MMR of the community so all teams are fairly balanced and can scrim against each other and have something to take away each game. Hopefully we will have 2 teams at least. However, if there are more players we will make more teams so everyone can play. This is NOT tryouts because ultimately you are here to learn!
I am also looking for some more coaches! More specifically, I am looking for a jungle coach, ADC coach, and a coach that can do VOD Reviews with the players. If you have some time issues, then I will gladly work you with for a better schedule.
