Greetings and welcome summoners to the Team Back Pain recruitment post. I am looking to establish a semi-competitive League of Legends team that will uphold a consistent practice regiment. My goal is for this team to be long lasting and climb/practice through the Ranked 5s ladder. Eventually after the team has reached a consistent high level of play we will start doing online tournaments and look for scrim partners. This team will be highly organized in terms of practice, team review and structure. If you are not able to fully commit to this team, then please do not waste my or your time by applying. Also, If you are unable to take criticism or expect this team to be flawless from the start… Please don’t bother applying because this will be a growing exercise.

Currently we are accepting applications for ADC and Jungle. Rank of Diamond + is highly recommended.

VoIP: Stands for Voice over Internet Protocol or in common terms phone service over the internet. Examples are: Skype, Discord,Teamspeak, Ventrilo, Curse, Mumble, Raidcall, etc. These are commonly used by competitive teams as it increases communication and overall performance of a team.

Q: How much influence does my rank rating have? A: Your rating doesn’t have that great of an impact, but we do ask that you have at-least a rating of Diamond V or higher.

Q: What is the age requirement? A: The age requirement of this team is 18+. The reason for this requirement is because the team doesn’t need to be filled with children who have to listen to their parents or follow a strict home schedule. Also, we wish to not have the pitch of voice that comes with being a pre-pubescent teen.

Q: What if I don’t have the strongest understanding of League of Legends teamplay? A: Your current knowledge of teamplay isn’t the greatest concern as the point of this team is the gather an equally skilled group of players and gradually increase everyone’s knowledge in the aspect of teamplay.

Q: Does or will the team have any kind of sponsorship or funding in the future? A: The team does not currently have any form of sponsorship or any plans in the immediate future. This is something that shouldn’t be considered until a certain level of success has been acquired via tournaments or publicity.
