Experienced Manager Looking for Serious Diamond+ Team

Hello everyone,

I'm a manager currently looking for a team to aid with plenty of experience managing teams of all divisions and playstyles. At the moment I have much free time, and would be interested in taking on a team under the name Spirit Rush Gaming. In this post, I'll be explaining what I can do for your team, and what I'm looking for in a team as well as a small testimonial from a couple players I used to manage with names as references.

As a manager, I'll be taking care of the stuff you shouldn't have to, be that setting up scrims, booking tournaments, taking interview proposals, organizing write ups, helping each player both on a 1 on 1 basis, and as well as on a team basis whether it's getting better synergy in lane, or between the jungler and laners. Setting these things up would be a small part of how I would help as a manager, and what you're looking for can be discussed more in the long term, but I've had experience in contacting sponsors, keeping in touch with tournament organizers, having weekly meetings to gauge reliability and strengthen the team atmosphere, and more.

What am I looking for in a team? I'm looking for a team of Diamond, Master or Challenger tier players looking to work their way into the NACS, practicing as much as humanely possible weekly, scrimming constantly, and working not only to better themselves as solo players, but as a team as well. I'm looking for a team willing to do what is needed in order to take their game to the next level, and make it a job.
