Before I start, Rift Walkers was taken so we had to give up the s...:(

Anyway, originally I was going be coaching but after filling in for the support, I really feel motivated to play with my team and they are encouraging me to play too, the synergy started off good and we're going to keep this roster. So that leaves us to need a coach and manager. Note, we are currently partnered with FL eSports and will try our best to participate in their tournaments frequently.

Manager As manager, we are looking for someone who will be chill and willing to plan practices, arrange scrims and plan for tournaments. You'll assist in finding new players and be the guy everyone loves secretly :)

Coach As Coach, we are looking for someone who will be honest but not an asshole about it. Willing to watch the games, go over them afterwards and work on mechanics in customs either 1 on 1 with players or general csing.

Hello, I'm Argronar, I'm 23 and would be interested in the manager position.

I work in real estate doing both sales as well as property management my education background is in finance, economics, and marketing. I personally feel that due to my background and work experience I can offer a tremendous amount to a team from an organizational standpoint.

I have zero issues cold calling people for sponsorships if necessary, I have strong organizational skills, half of my job is organizing contractors around one another so they aren't tripping over each other and so that things get done in an orderly fashion. I'm available at almost all hours, a guy has to sleep some time you know. I can be reached through several avenues, email is the most efficient, but if granted the position I have no problem with providing a phone number.

Furthermore, I'm quite adept at conflict resolution and have been from a young age. I keep a cool head almost all the time, as admittedly I can get irritated at times, but all in all I'm an exceptionally patient and relaxed person.

I will also admit that while I don't have a tremendous amount of experience in recruiting, I shouldn't have a hard time picking it up and running with it.

Hey everyone,

I recently posted this ad looking for a team to coach/analyst for.

I have wanted to be an analyst for a team for quite some time now. The team's that I've played on have always been democratic, having no shot-caller so to speak. I prefer to train with and coach teams towards attainable goals in game that are easy to correct and to break down. The game shouldn't need someone calling dragon or telling zed to go bot lane mid game. If your team truly practices a strong play style with the intention of getting better as a team and also regarding individual champion mechanics everyone should be able to make their own decision with little communication. The brunt of work should be in regards to individual player mechanics, which I also believe can easily be broken down up until the very top level of competition.

If you wish to work with me be ready for criticism and dialogue. I never flame people, I never say something without a reason and I do not get angry. All that I ask is that people remain level headed and open minded while we work together to play to your strengths and correct any weaknesses.

My prefered method of Analysis and/or coaching would be film review. Which requires someone to save a lol recorder file after a couple of team games where everyone plays seriously/connects etc etc. Some things I'd like to bring to the team are accountability and competition while balancing those with an environment that is fun and constructive. I am also on frequently for 1v1 and mechanic's. Although depending on your skill level that might only mean minor tweaks like lane positioning, timing and creep management.

Division isn't a big deal for me, I'm only looking for people who want to collaborate and get better.
