Looking for Plat+ sub For Team.
IM doing tryouts for a team, I have multiple people trying out for each role, but a few days im going to need a sub, when the team is actually formed the sub will be filling in all roles as needed when needed, it will be flexible.
It'll be good to have open availability, But all practice times will take place generally Anywhere from 6:30pm to 12pm EST, Depending on what time we start. Tryouts will only be 2 games but for the actual team it will be 4-5, but will only take up at the moment 3 days a week.
The goal of the team is self improvement, with the assistance of your fellow teamates. for example, i would like to reach master teir, but i am stuck between plat I and Diamond V, using these games other players will help me identify my strongest weaknesses and provide me feedback on how they think i can improve on them. Likewise i will also give feedback.
This can be anything from gamplay changes to mentality changes. The teamspeak will be open for the sub, you can join and converse with me at anytime about league, or ideas you have, even if we dont need the extra player that day you can follow along in the chat, and either spectate, or i can start my stream for you. And then contribute to after game chats as well. you can practice other team functions as well if you would like. also if you turn out to be more reliable than one of the members that i have chosen for the team you could potentially replace them as a main position.
If this sounds like something your interested in, Let me know, if you have a positive outlook information to share, and are looking for a decent place for advice as well, you should try out subbing for this team.
The only requirement for consideration is to be Gold 1 Or above.
