Looking for Dedicated Players!

I'm in the process of making a league of legends team. I'm currently in need of three more players. Positions that are open are: Top, Mid. If you're not a [lane that I need] MAIN, then I will not be taking you. I'm not looking for people who can do any role; I'm looking for people who play a specific role and want to improve in that role. Minimum league required is Plat for me to even consider your request. I'm looking for motivated players. Ones who will be willing to set up schedules for practices and time to review games. If you're the type to rage after one game that we lose or go on tilt after you went 0-6 in lane, then don't bother trying to join. I don't care that you feed 0-12, what i do care about is that you want to improve from that game so that its less likely to happen again.

I will be making a spreadsheet of all things about the team. (I'll fill you in on this once we get the team together)
