Looking to create a guild/collection of teams.

So i have my own team (bronze/silvers), and looking for other teams/players to scrim against or even play with our team. Maybe create a new team altogether. Would be cool to scrim against one another, maybe have some tourneys. Also looking for somebody with experience setting up a guild website.
