True Dedication Willing to stick to the team no matter how many loses we get. Grinding the Team to the top. If you know for a fact that you think you're above everyone else and will leave once the members mess up continuously then don't apply. The point of a Ranked Team is to grow together and help each other out, if you don't have the motivation to do that then it's fine, our team is not meant for you.
