Forming a Silver/Gold level ranked team. Looking for Jungle/Support

My name is Sacrosanct Hero (just call me Sacro) and I'm a looking to form a new team for the return of the Ranked 5s queues and possibly tournaments if the team does well. I'm looking for anyone in the Silver-Gold range for Jungle, and Support. I'm looking for well rounded players with versatile play styles and a variety of champs they can play.

I will be hosting a tryouts session, which will consist of playing a few games as a group in DynamicQ or (if enough people are interested) a custom game scrim session.

The team will be using Discord as our voice chat program, so having it installed is a must.

Age: 18

Main Role: Support

Champion Pool: Alister, Amumu, Braum, Blitzcrank*, Karma*, Kayle, Leona, Lux, Malphite*, Morgana*, Nami*, Poppy, Scion, Sona, Soraka*, Taric, Thresh*, and Zilean*. Any of the ones with the * next to it fall into my preferred pool. These are also just my support champs, I have a champ pool of 62 champs.

Availability: 7 Days a week, for a large portion of the day. I can adapt to about any schedule.

Timezone: Eastern Standard

Strengths: Peel, Poking and controlling a bot lane fight. Warding, i ward often and carefully. Once i hit level 9, i have a pink, atleast one blue, and three sighstone wards out at all times. Remaining calm and untilted. I am flexible in my champ pool and can play to match a teamp comp and pick a champ that synergizes well with the adc. (for example, ashe is a late-game farm champ that needs solid poke, so Karma is generally my go-to, zilean and soraka as solid backups. If my team lacks a tank as well, braum or thresh.)

Weaknesses: Getting caught out in team fights. I either do really well and peel perfectly, or go down hard under a bunch of cc. I can't dodge a Morgana Q to save my life.

Overall, most higher elo players that i've talked to at length have judged my skill level as a support to be that of a high silver player. Be that as it may, climbing in solo Q is hard enough, climbing in solo Q bronze is even harder. Climbing in solo Q as a support main? [Edited] near impossible. So, i'm stuck in bronze III. Ironically, i was placed in bronze 1, and made it to my silver promos, but had a 20 game loss streak (mainly with over aggressive tristana's that wanted to tower dive as soon as they got jump, whether it was a good idea or not), that put me where i am at now. I am more then happy to demonstrate my skill in any farm, whether it be duo Q'ing or a custom match. I'm tired of playing solo Q ranked with adc's that couldn't find their own ass if they had a GPS, and i feel that i would make a solid addition to your team.

Availability: Most days from 8:30 PM to midnight (CST)

Timezone: CST

Strengths: I adapt to different strategies and goals pretty well, and I have a very deep champion pool. If it can support, I can play it (even beyond those I've listed above). I'm not easily discouraged even if losing, and I have a strong sense of the early game and how it should play out. I'm also a huge proponent for vision as well, and I'm quick to call out fog of war that we need to secure before starting an objective or split pushing.

Weaknesses: Midgame transitions are sometimes difficult for me, especially if there is a great disparity between lanes. I tend to overcome this when I have a coordinated team through communication though. Voice comms is sometimes restricted for me, as I have two small children and they tend to wake when I'm on voice.

I'm currently Silver 2.
