Looking for people to play with

I'm pretty tired of playing with people who has no idea of what they are doing just constantly complaining this is op broken champion report x9 etc etc.. So I'm looking for people to play with, I'm not the greatest player just G5 atm and on ritos dark side aka EUNE but is there anyone around there who wants to play? I'm a top lane main myself but I also play jungle and autofil all roles besides adc.

Btw I'm not sure if this is the place to bost these things.
