Making a 3v3 team

It's pretty easy to find people to play 5v5 and to practice the meta but for 3v3 it's like a whole other ball game. I'm looking for two other people and your rank is irrelevant to me. The only thing I'm looking for is people that are willing to learn and understand 3v3 and I'm in the same boat, where I need to learn the meta but from what I've seen 3v3 success is extremely reliant on a synergizing comp and strict planning. I think it would be a great opportunity to find and pick a one trick if that's your playstyle.
