hello im doing exactly what the title says , if you feel you should be silver not bronze add me. I also might give some helpful feedback if i see you do something repetitively. Im a adc main.

Well, sure he could be a smurf but with a 45% win rate in Silver 3 I would find that unlikely.

To be fair, if you can't carry at your own elo how can you be expected to carry those in Bronze 1?

Yea, he is definitely not a smurf, that is his main account. You can always tell if someone is a smurf or not based on the amount of normal games the account has, he has over 1,000 normal games played on the account.
Also,, winrate is pretty important to climbing and dropping. Being 68-83, a 45% winrate, implies that he will soon be dropping to silver 5 and possibly lower, which means any advice he gives someone to climb out of silver with could potentially be meaningless or hazardous to follow.
