Looking for a high tier player that is making anew smurf and wants a duo partner

Im a pretty solid player, though I could definetly use some tips on better play. I am consistently told by plat to diamond players I play at their level but I cannot seem to get to gold. If theres a high tier player that is looking to start a smurf I would love to duo with you and climb.
