Looking for plat+ laners who are confident!

Hello everyone, I am currently recruiting to start up a fun 5v5 team that if all goes well might try out in tourneys and what not. I'm looking for players that are confident in winning their lane at minimum 80% of the time. I main mid as jax veigar akali and annie. I am currently looking for top jungle adc and support players. Post your name, top 5 champs, which lane you play, and how confident you are in your ability to win lane. (I am going to be strict on winning lanes and transitioning into team play with shot calls) I have played since season 1 and have always played for fun, I am ready to become more competitive and what a team to match my own skill level. Will also only consider players with mics, I am not looking for teammates who cant invest in a 20$ piece of equipment that could make everyone's life easier :] Highly prefer to use Curse Voice as well.
