Real In-Genious Gaming or R.I.G. Gaming is a new E-sports organization that currently has one team, RIG Source (Plat+). We are re-opening recruiting for RIG Source to compete in a variety of online Leagues, Tournaments and Ranked flex play. We are hosted by a mid-sized Discord Community called the League of Gamer's. If you wanna be apart of something bigger, or just have a group friends that need a clean, fun, up-to-date home for whatever games you play, then give our server a shot! About the team: RIG Source started out as a group of Platinum/Diamond friends who wanted to take the game more seriously and learn and grow together. Our goal with this post is to find some players that continually strive to better themselves in league. We are also looking for those that truly mesh with us as we strongly believe that synergy, understanding and trust are key components that go into making a strong LoL team.

Player Tryout & Staff Recruitment process:

=Player Tryout= PART 1- You will apply using the “Player Application” located in Application info section below. You will then join our discord to be scheduled for a player interview that will be conducted by either the Captain or the Assistant Captain. All questions that you may have about the team can be asked during this part of the recruitment process. You will be scheduled to play 3 normal games with the entire team. That will conclude PART 1 of try-outs and you will be informed immediately whether or not you will continue to the second part of try-outs.

PART 2- You will be scheduled to play 3 ranked flex games which will test your ability to communicate and perform under pressure. That will conclude Part 2 of try-outs. You will then be notified within two days if you will be continuing with us as an official team member.

!!!Tryout Note!!! Tryouts will be conducted in the order received. Please understand that your tryout process may take several days to conclude. During this period, you are continuously being reviewed and are encouraged to interact with team members, as well as the community, regardless of when your scheduled games/interview(s) are.

Requirements -Good Personality (No Ragers/Rage Quitters/Afk'er/Flamers etc.) -Must be mature (age 17+ Preferred, but all ages welcome) -Must have Discord -Must be able to give and receive constructive criticism -Must be able to dedicate time and adjust schedule accordingly

=Staff Recruitment= You will apply using the “Staff Application” located in Application info section below. You will then join our discord to be scheduled for a staff interview that will be conducted by either the Owner or a member of the Coaching staff. All follow up interviews after the initial will be at the discretion of the Coaching staff up to a total maximum of 3 interviews.
