Looking for SI + Duo

Hello, I keep bouncing in and out of my promotion for Gold V, and its getting a bit tedious, I don't normally DUO Queue, but I thought I'd give it a go, to get into gold. Hey who knows maybe if we like each other enough we'll just keep playing. I normally play 7Am to Noon [almost everyday], I'm pretty soft spoken, but i like a good pal to just joke with. I Main adc, but I also play Mid and Supp. We'll lose if I jung or Top

Also I don't like duo's because they never blame each other, so if you're the kind of person who is duoing and it is either you or your duo's fault that the game is going bad, and you're like " wow jung no ganks, mid didn't roam, not enough wards, etc." then please just move on.
