Looking for TOP, JUNG, and ADC for serious team

This is for a serious team that will start playing in tournaments eventually. We are currently looking for a TOP, JUNG, and ADC. We would like teammates to follow the meta and be able to adapt to it. Teamspeak is what we will use for voice comms. Must have a good attitude and not rage when things go bad (we wont win every game, just how league works). The more we play as a team the better we will become so just be patient ;) Please fill out the form thingy in the comment section and I will add you for a tryout. Your ELO doesn't matter! If you're good and fun to play with you'll be added to team :D

Strengths - Typically good at applying early pressure and mid-game vision control. Typically am there to counter gank enemy jungler or to match his pressure elsewhere on map (i.e. stealing buffs, taking towers/dragons)

Weaknesses - There are a few meta jungles that i simply haven't picked up, yet. Wouldn't mind having a normal game or two to work on gank synergy with lanes

What would you bring to the team - Positive attitude, good communication, decent champ pool (willing to expand), good amount of 5s experience, consistent performer who isn't going to quit after one loss, and some damn dirty Lee mechanics (Insecs fir daze) ;D

I mean honestly I will probably only play 5 junglers and rotate them in and out.) Champs Id like to learn - Reksai, sion Pocket picks - Mao, Strength - Im vocal and I shot call often. I have good warding, and seldom do I miss a smite ;) Weaknesses - Sometimes I spend too much time roaming around the map trying to get ganks off and I forget to farm and fall behind. Strengths - Almost always have a high KDA every game despite the condition of the game, very analytic with picks/bans and in game strategy, cooperative, good at teamfighting, great at raising a team's morale despite being behind or when a team is at each other's throats, and great at spinning a game around if we're headed in the wrong direction. Also, I love to synergize with the support by contrasting passive with aggressive (e.g. playing aggressive with a Sona, or playing passive and letting Leona take the wheel)

Weaknesses - Sometimes my positioning can be off and suddenly I'm not in a good spot to be helping the team. I also have an uncanny tendency to sometimes trust my team TOO much and realize they aren't committing to something I thought they were going to :P

What would you bring to the team - I'm looking to improve and climb the ranked ladder in both solo and team standings, so taking the team seriously and bringing everything in my playbook to the table would be in my best interest. I'm incredibly competitive and when I get into something, I give it 110%, but also love to have fun as I really do enjoy playing this game. I also study every region's professional games and have a lot of team oriented strategies already memorized and feel that that would be an incredible asset to any team! I also would love to be on a team to grow with.
