D1 Top laner looking for a serious and active team.

Hello, I've been playing League since late season 2. For Seasons 3-5 I have been able to stay in diamond. As for my champion pool I can play majority of Champions to a certain extent. My comfortable picks are Irelia,Rumble,Riven,Lissandra, and Gnar. I would like to join a team that has a nice environment and goals to improve and climb the ladder.
