Hello, I am Cyrinox, Team Captain of Lotus. We are currently looking for an ADC for our upcoming Season. We are a Team in the Bronze/Silver CompeteLeague Premier League. There are 10 Teams in our League and we play Mondays from 5-8PST and play 2 Best of 1's per week. We usually Scrim Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for practice. If this is something you're interested in please definitely tryout! Requirements: We require players to be nothing ABOVE Silver 1 and nothing BELOW Silver 5 from this and last Season. You must be able to play Meta and have a decent pool. Take constructive criticism well. Communicate in Comms. Finally, be active and make Games and practices on time. I would like to point out that taking constructive criticism well and looking for them to improve makes it weird that you have an endcap on how high a rank they can be. Also how do you tell if someone is simply smurfing. I definitely would take a bet someone in your league is doing that and is actually plat+.

But nonetheless cool post. Gl on finding someone. I was actually interested till the Silver 1 thing. D5 last season and will be there again shortly, so oh well :P
