Plat player / coach LF team ANY ELO

Hi my names Jordan Summoner Name: Dotavet

I've been searching for a serious team for a couple weeks now. So far every offer I've had has been a joke. Basically, what I mean is, its usually teams that consist of 4 friends that goof around in game and talk constantly about things that have nothing to do with the match, or league of legends in general. This is not what I'm looking for. I need a team that has a working schedule and dedicated players.

I don't care what ELO you are. None of that matters. As long as you want to improve and learn how to work as a team, then we can be teammates.

If there are any established teams out there that already understand the basics of being a team (When to give constructive criticism, when not to talk, no flaming) then hit me up. I've been on 10+ teams, and only 2 of those teams were worth staying on. It wasn't because they had the best players, but because those teams had the most mature players. They were always on time and always trying to help one another, and being on those teams was such a great experience.

One last thing, I've recently had some interest in coaching. If you're a Bronze - Gold team, you could add me and I'd gladly coach for you. I've played on diamond teams and have a good understanding of the champions and team comps. I could also answer any questions any of the players might have to the best of my ability. The owner of the team would still run the roster and schedule of course. I would spectate your matches and give the proper advice to any of the players that need it. Side notes: Please be 18+ (obvious reasons) Do not add me in game if you do not already have a team - I'm not interested in starting from the ground up My timezone is EST - I'm always online from 3PM-3-4AM (usually) I'd prefer to play Monday-Friday and have the weekends off (for those of you who go out on the weekends, you understand) I can play mid / adc / support at a platinum level - anything else is a no-no.
