LAGr Gaming is recruiting a League of Legends team to further expand their eSports empire. We boast energy drink, custom pc, gaming eye-ware and many more amazing sponsors. So you would be getting free energy drinks every month if you wanted to as well as some amazing gear from the sponsors. Teams that win will be given not only a monthly salary but bonuses for every win (60-80%) and if enough growth occurs team houses are not out of the question. Not only would you get the amazing sponsors and cash but you would also get access to the organizations editing and graphic design teams. And to top it all off if you are a streamer or want to get into it, the organization will give you shout outs and make sure that your stream is never without viewers. Roster may change as time goes on if someone is holding the team back but plenty of time to improve as a team will be given.

Player names will be changed upon signing

Player requirements:

  1. Good attitude for team play (willing to take advice and criticism from teammates)

  2. Play champions in the competitive meta

  3. 4+ Champion pool in your main role

  4. 17+ years old

  5. Must be able to use Skype voice chat

  6. A required tryout session

54% or more win ratio is preferred but not required. Diamond+ players are given priory but anyone Gold 1 or above is eligible. Have a flexible schedule for play times so we can practice as much as possible.

You would think a sponsored team that's willing to pay salaries would at least have a website and advertise their sponsors by naming them. I don't get why people go around saying they can offer things that they can't and never will be able to offer because their team falls apart before getting anywhere near the required level to actually be sponsored.

But then again, I might be the only person who understands that sponsors aren't going to sponsor a team that comes out of nowhere and isn't even established, or that that team wouldn't invest in a professionally designed website while offering salaries to people who sign up.

The concept of branding isn't that hard to get.
