[NA] [Serious] Diamond 5 Jungle Main looking for a ranked 5s team to join

Basically, I have had my fair share of teams since season 4, and I've been the leader. I always seem to recruit people who either A) aren't active, B) don't care enough to play 5s a lot, or C) rage after one loss and leave the team. I'm looking to join a solid group of players (plat solo queue ranks or higher please) that do not rage over one loss, and wish to play often. My weekly schedule: (Eastern time) School Monday-Thursday till 12pm, then free the rest of the day. Work Thursday-Saturday 4-10pm, free before and after work, Sunday = league all day. I have a very diverse champion pool for the jungle, and am willing to work around other players to choose who I jungle as. I gank often, so there won't be any problems lacking that.
